We won’t move forward without a trial edit. It helps us understand you and your style! You’ll also have a chance to meet our team and see if we’re the best fit for you and your business.

The Process
On average the trial process can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to complete. We start by collecting your style preferences, images, and presets. Once you have everything uploaded our admin team will send you an email confirmation within 1-2 business days, and you’ll receive an estimated date of completion. After your edited images are returned you’ll receive a link to book a call with our production manager, Myles. This is the most important part of the process. On the call, we will go through the images together. You will be able to share what you liked, and what needs to be revised.
Like having your own team to sit beside and train we’ll continue to make revisions until you feel confident moving forward.
1. Style Preferences
Answer guided questions that explain what makes your editing unique. This will be the foundation of your style profile that our team will build upon over the years.
We know that sometimes it’s hard to put into words what you’ve always done. And to be fair, you’ve probably never had to explain how you edit before. Don’t worry if you can’t fully complete the guide. We can chat more in person!
2. Upload Files + Preset
Send us one of your recent catalogs and we will go through and choose 30-50 images from different scenarios with different lighting situations.
We want to fully understand how you would edit different settings. This gives us a great base for handling future edits that you will be delivering to your clients. Make sure to include your preset as well.
3. Feedback
After we send back the edits we’ll set up a Zoom call together. We go through all the edits on a shared screen and gather your feedback.
Don’t be afraid to tell us what you like and what you would change. If you never tell us we’ll never know! Be clear and specific with adjustments you want made.

Before your busy season begins! We always suggest starting your trial in your off season, so you have the time to put thoughtful energy into explaining your style.

We do our best to deliver you a first draft of edits with 1-2 business days. The more time and energy you put towards it, the quicker the process will go. It generally takes 5 days - 2 weeks to complete.

Technically, no. If you want to apply your preset before submitting your images you can do that. But we guarantee that your information is private, and used reponsibly.

No problem. You can tweak your style preferences at any point, and we’re always happy to jump on a call and update whatever we can on our end. Making sure we are getting your style right through every season is important to us!
