Files for Retouching

Retouching is a different process than our RAW Editing and Culling service. Depending on the type of retouching you need, you will need to prepare files differently.

Lightroom Retouching (Basic)

1. Import your RAW files into Lightroom.

2. Export your files to DNG or Smart Previews.

3. Compress the DNG Files or Smart Previews into a ZIP file and upload.

4. We will send back XMP files or a catalog with the adjustments made.

Lightroom Retouching (Advanced)

1. Import your RAW files into Lightroom.

2. Export your files to DNG with resizing set to 4000px.

3. Compress the DNG Files into a ZIP file and upload.

4. We will send back XMP files with the adjustments made.

*We do not accept Smart Previews for Advanced Lightroom Retouching.

Photoshop Retouching

1. Edit your images and Export to full-size JPG.

2. Compress the JPG files into a ZIP file and upload.

3. We will send back edited JPG files with the work done.
